Walk in life

 

My works are there to walk along life side by side, they then walk side by side with the spectator. The bright colours are a pull towards ones childhood when one wants to see everything bright. The paintings tend to be square as in this way one has to look all around and not just from left to right, or from top to bottom. In this way the eye will always come back to its starting point. These works show the feelings and emotions one encounters when walking, when images and thoughts fill your head. As you accelerate your walk the images change so you accumulate a great variety of images and experience. It is an art work that wants to accompany you, without wanting to be noticed or trying to persuade. It simply wants to make you make that walk and experience the thoughts and images.
